Meeting Space for up to 100 guests- with additional indoor rooms and outdoor pavilion off the meeting room that opens out to a wisteria covered patio available for larger gatherings: 1,500 square feet of meeting space in conference room, full kitchen, separate Media & Game Rooms, TV, VCR, DVD with full screen projection capabilities. Surround-sound speakers and wireless microphones make for great power point and other presentations. Full Service Catering can be provided by Roddy Tree Ranch and is based on the group’s needs. Unlike many other venues outside catering is allowed as well and will be coordinated by the Roddy Tree Ranch Staff- just part of our simply outrageous service.

Concierge services available upon request: spa services arranged on site, exercise classes. Sport center privileges, ropes course and team building adventures nearby, booking tours, tee times, dinner out, transportation, private tours of local attractions, and entertainment scheduled on site. Overnight accommodations for up to 100 guests: we can accommodate up to 100 guests in our shabby to chic decorated cottages depending on the configuration and needs of the group. We offer discounts to family members traveling with the group as well as discounts to non-profit and church groups.
Outdoor Pavilion: The Covered Outdoor Pavilion is the historical Hunt School Barn circa 1925 that was converted to a lovely outdoor venue with picnic tables and twinkle lights at night. Available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as nightly entertainment, it has a well-stocked new jukebox, full sound stage, soda machine, and full kitchen facility as well as the Lazy Days Canteen & Grill where we serve beer and wine. It also has a wonderful dance floor with the Big Texas Sky and Stars at night as a backdrop.
